Collage Cards
SoulCollage (R) is a creative and spiritual practice developed by Seena Frost that can help you speak to your unconscious self. Through making and reading cards, you can reflect on the archetypes that are controlling your actions and thoughts.

I am not yet a certified SoulCollage facilitator, however, I offer Collage Cards based on Seena's thoughtful work, in the spirit in which she presented them in her books. Whether you call them prayer cards, archetype cards, or soul cards, making and using collage cards can be a creative and insightful tool.
In the late 1980s, Seena B. Frost developed the SoulCollage (R) practice during a spiritual course in which she was participating.

You can use the cards in many ways. They can be explorations of what Chelsea Wakefield called "your Inner Round Table" (Negotiating the Inner Peace Treaty™ 2019). You can "see" if your inner critic is stopping you from writing or if your inner sad child is coloring your view of a relationship.
You don't have to be an artist to make collage cards. Cards are usually 8x5 cardstock or matting board.

Find an image that speaks to you and cut it out. Background, elements, icons. What do you want to put together?
The cards will be yours, but since you will use images from magazines and photos which are copyrighted, you need to be careful about sharing the images.

You will use them for your own inspiration, prayers, and daily readings. They will bring you joy in the making and the reading.
