I am not yet certified to call this practice SoulCollage (R) but Seena Frost wrote in her book Soul Collage that she's happy to have people use her methods as long as they don't call it SoulCollage unless you are certified and as long as you let people know about her dreams.

Group work on line or in your space.

Our learning styles and our Myers-Briggs types as well as our interests can effect how we are most satisfied in contemplative prayer.

​

An auditory learner may prefer prayer apps that let him listen to the words and music. A prayer app is also good for a kinetic learner who wants to walk or dance while meditating.

​

An extrovert may love group Lection Divina or Centering Prayer. An introvert might prefer to sit alone and meditate.

​

And sometimes it is good to stretch our prayer and meditation beyond the comfortable to shake up our soul.

​

We will learn about and try many different prayer and meditation practices, with a variety of reading sources.

Our group spiritual direction is available for your organization for a one-day workshop or a multi-week process.

Your congregation, school faculty, or business might find something that will help your people and organization. 

​

Although some of the work is "religious" or "spiritual," most of it can be framed in a multi-cultural way. Dream work, meditation, soul cards, and other things can give a strong heart to your organization.

Group spiritual direction and dream work groups can be a wonderful tool on your journey. A loving community can gently guide you and present you with their projections.  It's not about fixing them or you, though. If we can find meaning in the words of our community, it is ours to see.
